1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or booking a session with Farsight Wongy (Danny Wong), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or book a session.

2. Right to Decline Service

As a sole practitioner in Australia, including here in Western Australia, I have the right to choose whether to begin or continue a session. This is supported by Australian consumer and business law, as long as the decision is made respectfully and is not based on any protected attribute under anti-discrimination legislation.

I may decline, cancel or stop a booking at any time. This is never a judgment of you as a person. It simply reflects the nature of spiritual work and my responsibility to keep the space safe, grounded and aligned.

A session may not proceed for reasons such as:

• The energy is not aligning for a reading at that moment.
• My guides or spirit team indicate that the session should not go ahead.
• Something intuitively feels unclear or not in your best interest.
• Concerns arise about the wellbeing or safety of either of us.
• Behaviour or communication does not support a respectful session environment.
• Continuing would go against my ethical or professional boundaries.

If a session is declined before it begins and you have already paid, you will receive a full refund. No further explanation will be provided beyond what is written here, and the decision is final.

This approach is consistent with Australian Consumer Law and Western Australian business requirements. My decisions are always based on energy, intuition, ethics and safety, never on personal characteristics or anything that would be considered discriminatory.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to book and receive a reading session. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Sessions will not be provided to minors under any circumstances.

Reading Frequency — Please Read Before Booking

If you have received a reading from any psychic, medium or spiritual reader within the last 6 to 12 months, please do not make a booking at this time.

Readings given too close together are likely to produce very similar or identical information. This is not a reflection of the reader's ability. It is simply how spiritual energy works. The messages and guidance from spirit do not change significantly over short periods of time and booking again too soon is unlikely to bring you anything new.

More importantly, it is not healthy to rely on readings as a way of navigating daily life. A reading is intended to be a guide, a snapshot of the energy and possibilities around you at a given moment. You always have free will and the power to shape your own path.

The healthiest approach is to receive a reading, take what resonates and then live your life. Allow time to pass, allow events to unfold naturally and return for a reading when you genuinely feel guided to do so.

I care about your wellbeing and your spiritual growth. It is with that care that I ask you to be honest with yourself and with me before making a booking.

4. Vulnerable Persons

Farsight Wongy operates with care and compassion. However, sessions may not be suitable for individuals who are:

• Currently experiencing acute mental health crisis or psychosis.
• Severely bereaved and in acute grief requiring clinical support.
• Under the influence of alcohol or substances.

If you are in crisis, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or your nearest mental health service.

5. Nature of Services

Farsight Wongy provides spiritual readings, mediumship sessions and spiritual healing services. These services are offered for the purposes of entertainment, personal insight and spiritual exploration only.

• Readings and sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or psychiatric advice.
• No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, completeness or outcome of any reading or session.
• Results vary between individuals and no specific outcome can be promised.
• Spiritual healing is complementary in nature and does not replace conventional medical treatment.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Farsight Wongy and Danny Wong accept no liability for any decisions made by clients as a result of a reading, session or any content on this website. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own choices and actions.
• Information received during a session is for guidance only and should not be taken as absolute truth or instruction.
• You will seek qualified professional advice for any serious medical, legal, financial or mental health matters.

7. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are made through the Cal.com booking system. By completing a booking you agree to the following:

• Payment is required at the time of booking where applicable.
• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where required.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price displayed at the time of booking confirmation.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or booking confirmation email.

Online Sessions — Video Requirement

For all online sessions conducted via video call, your camera must remain on for the full duration of the session. This is a firm requirement, not a preference.

The use of video allows me to read your energy, expressions and presence accurately. It is essential to the quality and integrity of the session.

• You must join the call with your camera enabled and keep it on throughout.
• If you are unable or unwilling to turn your camera on, the session will not proceed.
• If your camera is turned off during the session and you do not turn it back on when asked, I reserve the right to end the session immediately.
• No refund will be issued if the session is cancelled or ended due to failure to comply with this requirement.

If you have a genuine technical issue with your camera, please contact me before your session and we will find a workable solution together.

Donations

For certain sessions or events, including ASHA public healing days and any sessions offered on a donation basis, a monetary donation is warmly welcomed but not required. Donations are given freely and voluntarily.

Please note that donations are non-refundable. By choosing to make a donation, you acknowledge that the contribution is given of your own free will and that no refund will be issued regardless of the outcome of the session.

Your generosity is deeply appreciated and goes toward supporting the continuation of this healing work.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund. Rescheduling at discretion of practitioner.
• No show: Full session fee forfeited. No refund or rescheduling.
• Donations: Non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Farsight Wongy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be provided in this case.

9. Code of Conduct

Farsight Wongy reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session at any time if a client behaves in a manner that is abusive, disrespectful, threatening or inappropriate. In such cases no refund will be provided.

Sessions will not be conducted for the purpose of obtaining information to harm, stalk or harass another individual.

Failure to comply with the video requirement for online sessions (see Section 7) is also grounds for immediate termination of a session without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images and design is the property of Farsight Wongy and Danny Wong unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

Farsight Wongy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
